Central Texas Crime Prevention Association (CTCPA) consists of law enforcement officers, officials, crime prevention specialists, concerned business representatives, and citizens that are dedicated to reducing the opportunity for crime. CTCPA is a regional affiliate of the statewide Texas Crime Prevention Association (TCPA) founded in 1976.
